House selling vibes please!

We really need to sell our house and get this show on the road. I really want to be moved by the time school starts up again. We had a showing today and we have an open house tomorrow. Monday, the agents from our realtor's office will be coming through to get a better idea of what is here and, hopefully, find one of their clients to buy it.
